Need a different size? Product didn’t work out? We’ve got you covered with our Satisfaction Guarantee and all the details you need for easy returns.

Return policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Industrial Parts Store purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase/ delivery date—with a few exceptions. 

Exceptions to return policy

If returned merchandise does not meet the conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, including the following return exceptions, it will be declined. If returned by mail, your package will be mailed back to you.

Final sale items

All sales are final on Industrial Parts Store, lift tickets, passes and gift cards as noted at the time of purchase.

Damaged products

The Industrial Parts Store Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 

Unwashed or excessively dirty products

Items that have been used since purchase must be cleaned prior to returning. Merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered may be declined and sent back.

Product defects

If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time, regardless of purchase date. For information about the warranties covering products sold by Industrial Parts Store and warranty returns.

Industrial Parts Store Store Garage Sale items

Industrial Parts Store Garage Sales are in-store events where we sell merchandise “AS IS” and all sales are final. Merchandise purchased at an Industrial Parts Store Store Garage Sale that is sent to the Industrial Parts Store Returns Department will be sent back to you.

Returning an online order to a store? Speed up your in-store visit by starting your return online.

Return by mail

Whether you need to return items purchased online or in a retail store, you can begin the mail-in return process online.

Get your shipping label

Start your mail-in return online to get a shipping label. With an Industrial Parts Store shipping label, you can drop off your return at any Postal Service™ facility or mail it directly from your home. You just need to contact us first to get the label.

Please note: If no label attached we could not get the package well received, your refund will not be issued for chargebacks.

Exchanging an item?

Same process and conditions as return an item via mail.

Refunds

Refunds vary depending on the method of payment and place of purchase. Please note that it can take up to 5 additional days for your bank or payment company to process the refund back to your card or account.

Online and phone orders

All online and phone orders will be refunded to the original payment type—with the exception of Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards. Rewards will be refunded by check, which can take up to 3 weeks, starting the day we receive your return.

Store purchases

Store purchases returned to store locations will be refunded to the original payment type.

Store purchases returned by mail will be refunded by check. We’ll email you once we’ve issued a check. Refunds by check can take up to 3 weeks, starting the day we receive your return.

Rewards

After a Co-op Member Reward and/or Industrial Parts Store Co-op Mastercard Rewards (collectively called Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards) are applied to a purchase, they can’t be credited back to your membership account. Instead, when you return an item, we’ll fully refund the amount of the Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards used as follows:

  • For in-store returns, the portion of the purchase made with Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards will be refunded in cash. Purchases of $500 or more made with cash and/or Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards will be refunded by check.
    • For mail-in returns, the portion of the purchase made with Total Industrial Parts Store Rewards will be refunded via check. We’ll email you once we’ve issued a check. Refunds by check can take up to 3 weeks, starting the day we receive your return.

PayPal

All online orders using PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account.

Apple Pay

All online orders using Apple Pay will be refunded to the credit card associated with the Apple Pay account when returned by mail only.
